Key Information
Best time to go: The golf season at Lajitas Golf Resort typically runs from October to May, so if you want to enjoy the golf course, these months are your best bet. However, if you don't mind the heat, summer can also be a good time to play early in the morning or late in the afternoon.
Airport: El Paso International (ELP) is approximately a 4.5 hour drive, and Midland/Odessa International (MAF) about a 3 hour and 45 minute drive.

Designed by golf architect, Lanny Wadkins, Black Jack's Crossing is a masterpiece that blends seamlessly with the surrounding natural landscape, creating a golfing experience unlike any other.
Accomodations
Badlands Hotel: The Badlands Hotel is located on the Boardwalk in Old Town Lajitas. The Badlands features 15 standard rooms, plus the Clay Henry Suite named in honor of the town's mayor—who just happens to be a goat. All of these rooms are located on the second floor of the hotel (there is no elevator), and some have their own terrace overlooking the courtyard.
ExploreCalvary Post: The Cavalry Post offers 26 rooms individually decorated to reflect various Old West influences – some with four-poster beds, cowhide rugs and rustic wrought-iron accents. And just outside a lovely courtyard with a fountain that serves as a soothing centerpiece. These rooms are in single story buildings and are pet friendly.
