GolfTrip Hosts Memorial Day Weekend Bash with Ben Higgins at French Lick Resort

Over Memorial Day Weekend, GolfTrip had the honor of hosting a truly special event at French Lick Resort in Indiana for none other than Ben Higgins—former Bachelor star—and a group of his closest friends, family, and fellow castmates from the show. Notable members included Joey Graziadei, Wells Adams, Zac Clark, Joe Amabile, & Dean Unglert. 

From start to finish, it was a weekend packed with world-class golf, top-tier hospitality, and unforgettable experiences.

The Golf Lineup:

We organized a weekend-long golf tournament that took us through some of the best golf French Lick and Southern Indiana have to offer:

Sunday: Kicked things off at The Sand Creek Short Course for some light-hearted competition and laughs to get everyone warmed up.

Monday: We had a full day planned with a stunning 36 hole extravaganza. We ventured out to the stunning Sultan’s Run in Jasper, IN—where scenery and shot-making go hand-in-hand. Transportation was handled through the French Lick Resort, making sure we can play the best courses in all of Indiana.

After Sultan's Run, we got to embark on the centerpiece of the weekend—the Pete Dye Course. Known as French Lick’s crown jewel, it offered a challenge and a view unlike any other. Our team was blown away by the conditions of the course, as well as all the undulations, design, and architecture of the entire track.

Tuesday: We closed out the trip with a final round at the historic Donald Ross Course, a perfect send-off steeped in golf tradition. One of the most interesting aspects of this course was that 14/18 holes had an uphill shot into the green. Truly one of a kind.

Casino Nights & VIP Vibes

What’s a big weekend without a little extra flair? We capped off the festivities by renting out the High Roller Suite at the resort’s casino. It was a next-level experience and the perfect way to celebrate the trip. Drinks were flowing, dice were rolling, and the entire group agreed—it was one for the books.
