Reservations are not guaranteed until confirmed by GolfTrip and/or the applicable supplier.
Availability and pricing may change until payment has been received and confirmed.
4. Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice until confirmed.
Quoted pricing may include:
- lodging
- golf
- taxes
- resort fees (when disclosed)
- booking fees
- service fees
Certain items may not be included, including:
- airfare
- baggage fees
- gratuities
- parking
- travel insurance
- personal expenses
- incidental hotel charges
- local taxes collected at check-in
Customers are responsible for reviewing all pricing before completing payment.
5. Deposits and Payments
Certain bookings require deposits.
Failure to make payments by required deadlines may result in:
- cancellation
- forfeiture of deposits
- cancellation fees
- supplier penalties
GolfTrip reserves the right to cancel unpaid reservations.
Returned payments, chargebacks, or fraudulent payment activity may result in cancellation of services.
6. Cancellations
Cancellation policies vary by supplier.
Each reservation may be subject to:
- non-refundable deposits
- supplier cancellation fees
- GolfTrip administrative fees
- penalties imposed by golf courses or lodging providers
Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments may be non-refundable.
GolfTrip is not responsible for supplier refusal to issue refunds.
7. Changes to Reservations
Changes requested after confirmation may not be possible.
Any approved changes may result in:
- increased pricing
- supplier fees
- administrative fees
- reduced availability
GolfTrip does not guarantee modification requests.
8. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
GolfTrip is not responsible for losses arising from:
- illness
- weather
- hurricanes
- flight cancellations
- medical emergencies
- lost baggage
- travel delays
- golf course closures
- government restrictions
Failure to purchase travel insurance is at your own risk.
9. Assumption of Risk
Travel involves inherent risks.
By participating in any GolfTrip experience, you voluntarily assume all risks including but not limited to:
- golf-related injuries
- transportation accidents
- weather events
- illness
- food allergies
- criminal acts
- acts of God
- supplier negligence
- equipment failures
Participation is entirely voluntary.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GolfTrip LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for:
- indirect damages
- incidental damages
- consequential damages
- punitive damages
- loss of enjoyment
- emotional distress
- loss of profits
- business interruption
- travel interruptions
- personal injury
- property damage
- death
- supplier negligence
- acts of third parties
Our maximum liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount actually paid directly to GolfTrip for the affected booking.
11. Third-Party Suppliers
GolfTrip is not the owner or operator of:
- golf courses
- hotels
- airlines
- rental homes
- transportation providers
- restaurants
- activity providers
These businesses operate independently.
GolfTrip is not responsible for:
- service quality
- cancellations
- overbookings
- maintenance issues
- weather closures
- policy changes
- bankruptcy
- labor disputes
12. Force Majeure
GolfTrip shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including:
- hurricanes
- floods
- pandemics
- epidemics
- terrorism
- war
- civil unrest
- strikes
- governmental actions
- utility failures
- cyberattacks
- airline disruptions
- natural disasters
13. Website Use
You agree not to:
- misuse the website;
