Large Group Golf Trip Questions
How many golfers counts as a large group golf trip?
We plan trips of any size, but a group becomes a 'large group' at roughly 16 golfers and requires block tee sheets, room blocks and group contracting at 32 or more. Our largest programs run 200+ players across multiple courses and hotels.
Can you get tee times for 32, 64 or 100+ players at one course?
Yes. We hold shotgun starts, split tee blocks and multi-course rotations directly with resort golf operations. For very large groups we typically pair a shotgun start on one course with a rotation across two or three nearby courses.
How far in advance should a large golf group book?
Plan 9–12 months out for peak season resort destinations and 4–6 months for shoulder season. Shotgun starts, 40+ room blocks and private event space are the first things to sell out.
Do you handle billing, contracts and individual payments?
Yes. You get one contract and one invoice, or we can turn on individual player payment links so each golfer pays their own share directly. Non-profits and corporate groups can be invoiced on net terms.
What does a large group golf trip cost per person?
Most domestic 3-night, 3-round packages land between $850 and $2,400 per player depending on destination, season, room type and course lineup. Group size usually unlocks concessions such as complimentary rooms, upgrades or reduced green fees.
